Oversees warehouse employees through scheduling, coaching, hiring, performance management, and resource planning. Creates accurate, production-ready steel fabrication drawings using CAD and DraftSight, incorporating field measurements, customer requirements, material optimization, and manufacturing tolerances. Coordinates with colleagues and customers to resolve design issues and obtain approvals. Programs and supports CNC, plasma, and other fabrication equipment, while participating in cutting, forming, fastening, and welding activities to produce finished metal products safely and efficiently.

Manages steel decking and bar joist projects from quoting through invoicing. Responsibilities include estimating, preparing RFIs, coordinating stakeholders and schedules, generating bills of materials, working with detailers and sales representatives, supporting customer approvals, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires blueprint interpretation, deck and joist detailing, estimating experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Tekla, and estimating software. This is an on-site position in New Castle, Delaware.

Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate receiving, storage, shipping, materials handling, staffing, training, safety, and productivity.
