Supervise daily warehouse distribution operations, including shipping, put-away, picking, packing, cycle counting, and returns. Assign personnel, monitor productivity, quality, safety, costs, and on-time shipments, and adjust workflows to meet operational goals. Train new employees, enforce company policies, enter incident reports, support INVEX, and provide flexible oversight across multiple shifts. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring active participation in warehouse activities.

Reviews orders, assesses customer creditworthiness, analyzes financial information, assigns credit limits, maintains credit and collections records, and communicates credit decisions. The role also manages sales tax exemptions, credit holds, collections, disputes, deductions, bond claims, lien documentation, and accounts receivable risk reporting while supporting credit policy and sales objectives.

Sells to new and existing customers, manages customer relationships and CRM records, prepares quotes, processes and tracks orders, coordinates delivery with operations and dispatch, conducts outbound prospecting, supports outside sales, monitors competitor pricing, and communicates customer feedback to management and quality teams.
