Teams at Triple-S Steel

Prepares sales and use tax, property tax, and tangible and intangible property filings; reviews tax exemptions, audits, and notices; reconciles income tax accounts; records tax payments, provisions, and credits; coordinates with outsourced tax partners; and supports special projects and compliance deadlines.

Supervises steel transportation and logistics operations, including driver scheduling, dispatch, routing, fleet maintenance, DOT compliance, carrier utilization, and delivery coordination. Monitors driver performance, records, fuel and tire usage, and fleet efficiency while implementing cost-saving initiatives. Requires collaboration with sales, customers, leadership, drivers, and third-party carriers, along with proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.

Develops new and existing customer relationships, sells steel products and fabrication services, manages sales pipelines and CRM records, conducts outbound prospecting, provides market and competitor feedback, supports quoting and order execution, and collaborates with inside sales, quality, and operations teams. Requires daily face-to-face customer meetings and ongoing customer account management.
