The Systems Engineer will assess systems and architectures, represent them visually and in writing, and work independently and within teams.

Provide Integrated C5I systems acquisition support and lifecycle management of C4ISR capabilities across surface, air, and shore. Develop enterprise processes including metrics reporting, portal content management, and enterprise project scheduling. Consolidate executive-level reporting for stakeholders and use SharePoint and MS Project/EPM to manage content and schedules while coordinating with multiple teams and SMEs.

Provide technical and logistical coordination for USCG system support across platforms. Manage the Integrated Master Schedule, coordinate C4ISR transition meetings, develop sustainment readiness metrics, prepare PARM materials, and support program accountability and risk management while using Microsoft Project, EPM tools, SharePoint, and MS Office.

Support the DoD Foreign Clearance Program by developing operational policy, managing classified/unclassified FCG content, providing APACS system administration and user support on NIPR/SIPR, overseeing RMF/eMASS cybersecurity and ATO activities, conducting testing and configuration management, delivering training/outreach, and supporting PNAF diplomatic clearance analysis.

Lead a dispersed security engineering team to maintain ATOs, assess IT system security posture and risks, design security solutions, perform alternative analyses, review deliverables, report to senior leadership, and manage status reporting and invoicing. Requires strong written/verbal English, MS Office skills, and ability to pass government background checks. Hybrid role with frequent onsite work and periodic travel.

Provide on-site support for classified intelligence systems: select, install, configure, and integrate hardware and software; monitor system health; troubleshoot; manage patching and antivirus; document and automate administration; implement security controls and collaborate with engineering and test teams.

The Junior Data Analyst will conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, evaluate processes, and provide scheduling and documentation support for a DHS client.
