Own and build Tennr’s payor intelligence function by mapping payer entities, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, delegated relationships, policies, coverage criteria, fee schedules, and clinical content sources. Establish taxonomies, governance, provenance, effective dating, and version control. Translate complex payer structures into product requirements, create repeatable customer-data mapping systems, and independently drive initiatives across engineering, clinical, and operations teams.

Own end-to-end interview coordination, candidate communications, scheduling logistics, and hiring team alignment. Manage and improve the Ashby ATS, maintain clean recruiting data, track pipeline metrics, identify process bottlenecks, and implement operational fixes. Design and build scalable backend services and data schemas, architect high-volume workflow automation and ML-enabled pipelines, optimize performance, integrate third-party systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features end-to-end.

Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend. Design database schemas, implement backend APIs, craft intuitive frontends, integrate AI models, optimize performance, and iterate using customer feedback while collaborating with product, design, sales, and customer success.

The Backend Software Engineer will architect and implement backend features, optimize data processing, and enhance workflow automation and machine learning integration.

Own activation and pipeline generation for a book of signed healthcare partners. Map partner networks to target accounts, build enablement/playbooks, run partner cadence and incentive programs, deploy partner tooling and reporting, and scale channel motions across new partner types.

Lead technical evaluations from demo through signature for complex healthcare intake and authorization workflows. Support two attorneys by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts; manage contract repository and workflows across SpotDraft/DocuSign/Salesforce; build templates, playbooks, and compliance documentation; serve as first contact for routine contracting; assist corporate governance and HIPAA compliance tracking; develop internal legal resources and scale legal operations.

Own strategic customer outcomes end-to-end for enterprise healthcare customers: define value, measure ROI, run executive QBRs, diagnose adoption issues, drive cross-functional teams to deliver, and lead renewals and expansion. Act as the customer voice internally and maintain executive relationships, traveling onsite as needed to accelerate adoption and growth.

Own post-sale customer relationships for healthcare providers, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. Lead change management, training, and cross-functional coordination. Use data-driven analysis and executive storytelling to quantify ROI, identify risks and upsell opportunities, and influence product strategy. Travel onsite as needed to deepen partnerships and ensure Tennr is embedded in daily operations.
