Duties include expanding PagerDuty on-call operations, implementing Datadog metrics and tracing, and managing credentials, certificates, encryption keys, and their rotation. The role supports infrastructure handling protected health information and offers mentorship toward broader SRE ownership.

Own Tennr’s cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and development, staging, and production environments.
