Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
As a Platform Strategist at Tennr, you are the strategic partner and advisor to executive operators at some of the country's largest, most impactful healthcare institutions. On the Tennr side, you operate between product, sales, and deployment. This role is the commanding officer of a portfolio of clients, with the stated goal of ensuring they solve the problem.
We're looking for people who bring a mix of passion, drive, and resilience. You solve problems creatively, you act like an owner even when it's not your job, and you have the energy to push through the hardest parts.
You will sit directly with customer leadership to understand what they measure and why it matters, and take a defined position on what value means for each account. You will track outcomes against what was sold, run the underlying ROI analysis, and partner with sellers to grow and expand each relationship.
