Site Reliability Engineer responsible for improving platform reliability, observability, and security. Duties include expanding PagerDuty on-call operations, implementing Datadog metrics and tracing, and managing credentials, certificates, encryption keys, and their rotation. The role supports infrastructure handling protected health information and offers mentorship toward broader SRE ownership.

Own Tennr’s cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, and development, staging, and production environments. Build reusable EKS and infrastructure-as-code patterns, manage AWS networking and IAM, lead infrastructure migrations, and consolidate observability on Datadog. The role emphasizes secure, reliable, cost-aware systems, autonomous execution, and hands-on ownership of production infrastructure.

Own and build Tennr’s payor intelligence function by mapping payer entities, subsidiaries, TPAs, PBMs, delegated relationships, policies, coverage criteria, fee schedules, and clinical content sources. Establish taxonomies, governance, provenance, effective dating, and version control. Translate complex payer structures into product requirements, create repeatable customer-data mapping systems, and independently drive initiatives across engineering, clinical, and operations teams.
