Leads and develops a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, owns implementation delivery metrics and account health, reviews architectures and scopes, manages escalations, supports complex technical solutioning, and partners with Product to convert recurring customer patterns into roadmap priorities.

Own full-cycle accounting, monthly close, ASC 606 revenue recognition, billing reconciliations, accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, payroll, equity accounting, and audit preparation. Build scalable processes, controls, documentation, and automation while supporting ERP migration and compliance. Mentor junior staff, coordinate external accounting partners, and help develop the internal accounting function in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Lead Product and Engineering operations by managing planning and review cadences, synthesizing customer feedback into roadmap inputs, coordinating product launches, managing vendor and partner relationships, building internal tools and AI workflows, and improving processes and follow-through across cross-functional teams.
