Lead company-wide AI strategy and internal product delivery: run discovery, prioritize use cases, build AI tools and integrations, manage vendor stack and budget, measure adoption/impact, run enablement, and set governance with legal and engineering.

The role involves architecting and implementing backend features, optimizing data processing workflows, integrating machine learning models, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience.

Support two attorneys by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts; manage contract repository and workflows across SpotDraft/DocuSign/Salesforce; build templates, playbooks, and compliance documentation; serve as first contact for routine contracting; assist corporate governance and HIPAA compliance tracking; develop internal legal resources and scale legal operations.
