Lead hands-on mechanical training in CNC, VMC, lathe, welding, and manufacturing processes. Lead hands-on electronics training for a STEM employability program. Deliver practical instruction in embedded systems, GPIO, I2C, SPI, ADC, PCB design, and Altium Designer; mentor participants; conduct assessments; improve curriculum; support electronics lab infrastructure; and ensure content aligns with current industry and employment requirements.

Lead the Nickel Alloy business unit’s strategy, P&L, growth, profitability, and expansion from 150 TPA to 500 TPA. Build R&D, production, quality, and application engineering capabilities; drive product and process innovation; develop domestic and global markets, customers, and distribution channels; establish manufacturing standards and certifications; and lead talent acquisition and organizational development.

Lead the design, development, validation, and production release of electronics-based instrumentation and temperature measurement products.
