Lead the Nickel Alloy business unit’s strategy, P&L, growth, profitability, and expansion from 150 TPA to 500 TPA. Build R&D, production, quality, and application engineering capabilities; drive product and process innovation; develop domestic and global markets, customers, and distribution channels; establish manufacturing standards and certifications; and lead talent acquisition and organizational development.

Lead the design, development, validation, and production release of electronics-based instrumentation and temperature measurement products. The role requires hands-on debugging using electronic test instruments and knowledge of analog and digital electronics, communication protocols, power supplies, sensors, and industrial hardware design.

Develop teams, coordinate cross-functionally, resolve operational issues, and support modernization, NPD, audits, and customer evaluations.

Designs mechanical and electrical components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Prepares manufacturing, fabrication, and engineering drawings, documentation, and bills of materials. Applies basic mechanical and electrical engineering principles, including Ohm’s Law and star-delta connections. Performs CAD modeling, drafting, analysis, and problem-solving while collaborating effectively with the engineering team.

Leads the Electrical Heater and Process Skid Systems strategic business unit, owning business development, product strategy, P&L, revenue growth, profitability, customer relationships, proposals, contract negotiations, engineering coordination, sourcing, project execution, commissioning, and team leadership. The role develops market opportunities across oil and gas, LNG, hydrogen, petrochemical, power, water treatment, and industrial process sectors while driving product improvement, cost optimization, compliance, and sustainable business growth.

Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products against quality standards. Identify and report defects, maintain inspection documentation, and support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve manufacturing quality and processes.
