Drives international B2B sales and business development for industrial and thermal engineering solutions. Responsibilities include acquiring customers, distributors, channel partners, and OEMs; managing overseas client discussions; preparing quotations and techno-commercial proposals; negotiating commercial terms; maintaining CRM pipelines; coordinating order execution; monitoring markets; and representing the company at international exhibitions and client meetings. Regular international travel and export-process compliance are required.

Supports engineering and manufacturing activities, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical drawing interpretation. Coordinates with Production, Quality, and R&D teams while following safety and quality standards. The role is designed for fresh Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduates and provides exposure to engineering, manufacturing, testing, quality, and project activities.

Drive international export sales and business development for industrial and specialty cables. Responsibilities include developing global markets, managing overseas accounts, preparing techno-commercial quotations, negotiating contracts, coordinating product customization and order execution, handling certifications and export documentation, tracking payments and shipments, maintaining CRM and sales records, and achieving export sales and profitability targets through cross-functional collaboration.
