Lead design and evolution of shared cloud-native platform capabilities. Define technical vision, reusable services, APIs, event-driven integrations, developer tooling, governance, and standards. Partner with engineering, product, security, and operations to improve scalability, reliability, observability, and security while mentoring teams and evaluating emerging technologies including AI-enabled capabilities.

Design and govern the commercial operating model to enable scalable, predictable revenue. Oversee quoting, pricing/discount governance, and SMA program. Own Salesforce and commercial tech/data governance, forecast and pipeline analysis, lead Sales Operations team, partner cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Services, IT), and deliver executive reporting, audits, enablement, and continuous improvement.

The Corporate Counsel will manage legal strategies, ensure compliance with regulations, draft contracts, and provide legal guidance to the company.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models for healthcare solutions, optimizing data processing pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance patient care.

Sell new solutions into existing health-system clients by building self-sourced pipelines, finding new executive buyers, creating standalone business cases, and winning competitive expansions. Own a growth quota, drive urgency, partner with Client Success for account health, and navigate C-suite, security, legal, procurement, and contracting to close net-new solution revenue.

Drive net-new enterprise health system sales within a defined territory. Build outbound pipeline, engage C-suite and multi-stakeholder buyers, develop quantified business cases, negotiate through security, legal, procurement to close, and provide honest forecasting. Own territory strategy and execution.

Lead all accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, procurement, and working capital activities. Oversee audits, GAAP compliance, ERP implementations, budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, vendor governance, and cross-functional financial strategy. Build and mentor finance teams and support M&A, integrations, and executive decision-making.

Work with health system stakeholders to prototype, build, integrate, and deploy healthcare solutions. Lead data mapping, pipeline and workflow design, validate integrations, support go-live and adoption, measure outcomes, and translate clinical operations into scalable technical solutions.
