Build and operate resilient, scalable services on an event-driven microservice platform. Drive net-new enterprise health system sales within a defined territory. Build outbound pipeline, engage C-suite and multi-stakeholder buyers, develop quantified business cases, negotiate through security, legal, procurement to close, and provide honest forecasting. Own territory strategy and execution.

Lead sales finance controls, forecasting, and reporting. Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Accounting to review deals, manage commissions, analyze commercial metrics, ensure ASC606 and GAAP compliance, and produce executive reporting to improve forecasting, accountability, and operational effectiveness.

Provide strategic financial leadership for multi-entity operations including treasury, tax, audit, liquidity, lender reporting, and finance controls. Oversee international and domestic tax compliance, entity operationalization, credit and collections, cash forecasting, external audits, and finance team development to support executive decision-making and compliance.

Lead all accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, procurement, and working capital activities. Oversee audits, GAAP compliance, ERP implementations, budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, vendor governance, and cross-functional financial strategy. Build and mentor finance teams and support M&A, integrations, and executive decision-making.

Work with health system stakeholders to prototype, build, integrate, and deploy healthcare solutions. Lead data mapping, pipeline and workflow design, validate integrations, support go-live and adoption, measure outcomes, and translate clinical operations into scalable technical solutions.

Design, build, and maintain automated testing solutions and frameworks for web, API, backend, and data systems. Integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate defects, collaborate with engineering teams, monitor quality metrics, and drive automation and continuous improvement across the platform.

Lead design and evolution of shared cloud-native platform capabilities. Define technical vision, reusable services, APIs, event-driven integrations, developer tooling, governance, and standards. Partner with engineering, product, security, and operations to improve scalability, reliability, observability, and security while mentoring teams and evaluating emerging technologies including AI-enabled capabilities.

Serve as long-term strategic partner for a portfolio of health-system clients, driving platform adoption, client health, renewals, and expansion. Build executive relationships, monitor utilization metrics, manage escalations, coordinate internal teams, and translate operational data into measurable TeleTracking use cases and outcomes.
