Build and operate resilient, scalable services on an event-driven microservice platform. Responsibilities include solving business needs, developing AWS-based applications, creating metrics and alerts for service-level objectives, debugging production issues, participating in on-call support, and contributing to architectural decisions. The role requires Java or Go experience, cloud and distributed-systems knowledge, and the ability to deliver secure, fault-tolerant software.

Lead and grow software engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale, cloud-based products. Own technical strategy, architecture, delivery, operational health, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable, secure, and customer-focused solutions.

Design and govern the commercial operating model to enable scalable, predictable revenue. Oversee quoting, pricing/discount governance, and SMA program. Own Salesforce and commercial tech/data governance, forecast and pipeline analysis, lead Sales Operations team, partner cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Services, IT), and deliver executive reporting, audits, enablement, and continuous improvement.
