This client-facing role supports measurable improvements in productivity, patient experience, and clinical outcomes. It requires extensive domestic and international travel, healthcare operations expertise, stakeholder engagement, presentation and documentation skills, and the ability to lead complex workflow implementation projects.

Manages revenue accounting and compliance under ASC 606, including contract and order review, revenue recognition, customer terminations, credit memos, reconciliations, journal entries, flux analysis, and month-end close. Processes software orders in NetSuite, analyzes revenue data, supports audits, coordinates with internal teams, and provides backup training. Requires strong Excel, US GAAP, SaaS contract accounting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Develop and operate scalable, resilient microservices on an event-driven platform supporting healthcare logistics. Responsibilities include coding, production debugging, infrastructure development, AWS service integration, monitoring, alerting, on-call support, and contributing to architectural decisions. The role requires learning coding agents, understanding customer needs, and building secure, fault-tolerant services.
