Manages full-cycle recruitment for nonprofit social services roles, including sourcing, candidate pipelines, screening, ATS reporting, pre-employment compliance, onboarding, and recruitment marketing. Partners with hiring managers and community organizations to fill credentialed, licensed, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions while meeting licensing, government funding, and grant requirements.

Provides administrative and operational support to the executive team and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Maintains effective communication and workflow across the Executive Office while supporting document preparation, data entry, and general administrative processes.

Supports children ages 0–3 in an early childhood classroom by assisting with age-appropriate activities, supervision, inclusion, developmental documentation, individualized learning goals, and parent engagement. Maintains a safe, clean learning environment, collaborates with teaching staff, prepares materials, supports family activities, and may participate in home visits.

Provides administrative and operational support for Mental Health Services, including supervising program assistants, maintaining client files and electronic charts, managing reports and invoices, coordinating psychiatric appointments and meetings, tracking supplies and work orders, supporting reception, and maintaining regulatory confidentiality. The role also compiles contract data, performs quality assurance chart reviews, coordinates donations, and supports department budgeting and compliance.

Performs accounting activities for multiple organizational entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial close support, variance analysis, allocation review, grant and contract accounting, audit preparation, and financial reporting support. The role uses NetSuite and Excel, maintains accurate financial records, investigates discrepancies, supports multiple concurrent audits, and handles sensitive financial and agency information.

The IT Administrator troubleshoots technical issues, repairs and upgrades computer hardware, deploys and configures desktops and laptops, manages iPads through Mosyle and Apple MDM, maintains IT asset and software inventories, processes purchase orders, documents systems, and resolves helpdesk tickets within SLA requirements. The role supports multiple St. Anne’s locations and requires strong communication and customer service skills.

Coordinate workforce development services for families and community clients. Facilitate job-readiness classes, workshops, individual sessions, vocational assessments, and employment activities. Build partnerships with employers and agencies, recruit and assess participants, create individualized service plans, make referrals, track outcomes, document services, and support clients in homes, schools, and community settings while following confidentiality, safety, and mandated-reporting requirements.

Lead major donor cultivation and communications, managing a portfolio of 100–150 high-net-worth prospects. Develop solicitation and stewardship strategies, implement moves management in Raiser's Edge, oversee development operations team, coordinate donor outreach and campus tours, and partner with leadership to increase major and planned giving.
