The HR Generalist partners with managers and employees on workplace concerns, policies, performance, and employee relations. Responsibilities include supporting investigations, facilitating new-hire orientation, coordinating mandatory and professional development training, monitoring compliance, maintaining HRIS records, gathering employee feedback, and supporting engagement and organizational culture initiatives.

Manages full-cycle recruitment for nonprofit social services roles, including sourcing, candidate pipelines, screening, ATS reporting, pre-employment compliance, onboarding, and recruitment marketing. Partners with hiring managers and community organizations to fill credentialed, licensed, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions while meeting licensing, government funding, and grant requirements.

Provides administrative and operational support to the executive team and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Coordinates scheduling, meeting logistics, agendas, presentations, board materials, procurement, expense tracking, invoices, office tasks, records, and travel arrangements. Maintains effective communication and workflow across the Executive Office while supporting document preparation, data entry, and general administrative processes.
