Teams at St. Anne's Family Services

Provide front-desk and program support for a short-term residential therapeutic program: greet residents/visitors, control access, answer/transfer calls, track data/files, assist with emergency/fire procedures, and support a structured residential environment. Flexible to cover other departments and work assigned site shifts.

Lead agency-wide continuous quality improvement and impact measurement by analyzing program and administrative data, managing measurement systems, directing stakeholder feedback and surveys, supporting accreditation, advising leadership on program effectiveness, coaching staff on evaluation methods, and identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

Provide advocacy, linkage, in-home support, and case coordination for pregnant, parenting, and at-risk youth. Participate in treatment teams, document client progress per DMH guidelines, liaise with DCFS/Probation, maintain professional boundaries, and support family stability through community resources and crisis de-escalation.
