Leads digital marketing projects by breaking strategic goals into actionable tasks, managing timelines, resources, dependencies, and project tools. Coordinates cross-functional teams, facilitates meetings, tracks performance, ensures quality and alignment with organizational objectives, and drives process improvements. The role also supports client relationships, digital marketing initiatives, UX/UI best practices, e-commerce trends, and design execution.

Leads digital marketing projects by breaking strategic goals into actionable initiatives, managing timelines, resources, dependencies, tasks, meetings, and project performance. Coordinates cross-functional teams and clients, establishes processes and quality standards, identifies conflicts and improvement opportunities, and ensures projects align with organizational objectives. The role also supports digital marketing, web, UX/UI, e-commerce, and design execution initiatives.

Provides technical support, warranty assistance, and product guidance for SRAM cycling products, primarily suspension systems. Responds to dealer and customer inquiries, maintains technical documentation, communicates product updates, supports industry events and races, and relays customer feedback to Product Development teams. Requires bicycle mechanics experience, cycling knowledge, English and a Nordic language, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, communication abilities, Microsoft Office proficiency, and attention to detail.
