Teams at SRAM, LLC

We not only love cycling, we love working at the most exciting component company in the industry. We’re focused on building an internal culture that represents the best of SRAM and allows all team members to thrive.

Team
Collaboration With Intent

SRAM’s engineering team is global, so intentional collaboration is invaluable. A daily sync keeps everyone updated on projects and abreast of what individuals are working on. Monthly meetings allow team members to discuss what’s going well, what could be improved and offer suggestions. Meetings are typically held in the morning to accommodate time differences, which leaves afternoons open for work. “I might spend that time intently coding, debugging a test system in the lab or helping a coworker with a task,” Software Engineer Chantal Danyluk said. When meetings end, the group collaborates over Slack and Teams to ask and answer questions.

Team
Mobile Software Engineering

SRAM's mobile software engineering team makes a significant impact in the cycling industry. You'll develop cutting-edge mobile applications, integrating advanced software with leading bicycle data systems. Be part of a team that's reshaping the world of cycling through efficient and high-quality software development!

Team
We Are ‘SRAMmies’

SRAMmies are the heart and soul of SRAM, living the company’s values every day and sharing a love for cycling. They are not just experts in their field but are also generous mentors, always willing to lend their time and expertise.
