Meetings are typically held in the morning to accommodate time differences, which leaves afternoons open for work. “I might spend that time intently coding, debugging a test system in the lab or helping a coworker with a task,” Software Engineer Chantal Danyluk said. When meetings end, the group collaborates over Slack and Teams to ask and answer questions.
