Design, review, and optimize electrical systems for BESS, PV, and hybrid projects; perform feasibility studies and site assessments; manage grid connections and regulatory compliance; define technical specifications and support procurement; oversee installation, testing, and commissioning; liaise with utilities, manufacturers, clients, and internal teams; support contracting with complete technical packages.

Support project management across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning with administrative coordination: monitor timelines, budgets, compliance, documentation, stakeholder communication, attend meetings and occasional site visits, and assist contract management.

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-voltage grid connection packages for utility-scale PV and BESS projects in Germany. Manage OHL, underground cables, AIS/GIS substations, protection/control, SCADA, procurement, construction, commissioning, permitting, stakeholder coordination with TSOs/DNOs, schedule, budget, risk, and HSE compliance.

Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers for utility-scale PV, BESS and grid connection projects across Germany. Coordinate with authorities, municipalities, utilities, suppliers and service providers; support permitting, procurement, document control, subcontractor onboarding, meetings and reporting. Organize travel, logistics and vehicle rentals, perform site visits, assist client and stakeholder engagement, and support multiple concurrent projects.

Manage full bidding cycle for renewable projects: review RFQs/tenders, assess technical/commercial risks, coordinate technical proposals with design team, prepare pricing and offer packages, attend client meetings and site visits, and support contract clarifications and handover to execution teams.

Provide commercial and contractual support for O&M of utility-scale PV, BESS, and hybrid assets. Manage contract administration, back-to-back alignment, claims and warranty recovery, performance tracking, budget forecasting, and risk/standardization activities while coordinating with EPC, legal, O&M, and asset management teams.

Manage commercial, contractual, and claims aspects of O&M across EPC handover and asset lifecycle. Lead O&M bid preparation, contract administration, back-to-back alignment, warranty and claim recovery, performance enforcement, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination to protect margins and ensure compliance.

Provide administrative support for PV construction projects: schedule and track progress, manage documentation and technical books, coordinate procurement and suppliers, organize meetings and reports, ensure compliance and site office setup.

Supervise daily site operations and civil works for renewable energy projects, ensuring technical compliance, quality, H&S adherence, contractor oversight, progress monitoring, reporting, and maintenance of the Technical Book of Construction. Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams and support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
