Site Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Site Logistics Coordinator to support our construction and renewable energy projects across Bulgaria and Europe. This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel and on-site presence. Excellent English communication skills and a valid driving license with active driving experience are mandatory requirements.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, distribution, and tracking of materials, equipment;
• Monitor and control incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality and documentation;
• Booking and issuing of materials within MSD systemEnsure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials in accordance with project and company requirements;
• Support project teams on matters related to procurement & logistics;
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or other irregularities to management;
• Initiate claims management in case of discrepancies, damages or process gaps;
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety requirements, and site logistics standards;
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain all relevant documentation related to material movements and deliveries.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in site logistics, warehouse operations, materials management, or construction logistics;
• Experience in construction and/or renewable energy projects will be considered an  advantage;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment;
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook);
• Experience working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems;
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail;
• Proactiveness;
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic site environment;
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work on-site on projects across Bulgaria and Europe;
• Valid driving license (Category B) and active driving experience are mandatory requirements for the position.
