Currently we are looking for a Technical coordinator.



Main responsibilities:

  • Support the management of projects across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, primarily from an administrative and coordination perspective;
  • Assist in monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure tasks are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Coordinate communication between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to support efficient project execution;
  • Track and document project risks and compliance with company standards, safety, and quality requirements;
  • Maintain communication with subcontractors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and especially with clients;
  • Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, permits, contracts, and reports;
  • Organize and attend client and stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups;
  • Conduct occasional site visits to monitor project progress from an administrative perspective;
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders;
  • Actively support contract management processes with both clients and subcontractors.

Your profile:

  • University degree in Engineering, Energy, Construction, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in project coordination, project administration, construction, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects is considered an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams;
  • Experience working in a technical or engineering environment is considered an advantage;
  • Experience working in Renewables sector is considered an advantage
  • Good understanding of project documentation, contract administration, permitting, and reporting processes;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is an advantage;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
