Entry-level creative generalist responsible for producing multimedia assets, writing copy, developing narratives, prompting generative AI tools, and translating strategic insights into integrated campaigns. Maintains brand consistency across platforms, participates in pitches and brainstorming, collaborates with strategists and designers, and improves workflows through automation and emerging technologies.

Supports development, maintenance, and optimization of web applications and websites using React.js, WordPress, Shopify, JavaScript, and APIs. Implements marketing technology integrations, analytics tracking, and e-commerce features; troubleshoots technical issues; maintains codebases and website content; collaborates with designers, marketers, developers, and clients; documents processes; and explores automation and AI tools to improve workflows.

Manage end-to-end KOL and influencer marketing campaigns, including creator sourcing, relationship management, negotiations, contracts, content approvals, compliance monitoring, tracking, reporting, and performance optimization. Collaborate with digital, creative, finance, BI, and relationship teams while maintaining campaign budgets and timelines. Stay current on creator platforms and industry trends, support process improvements, and assist with junior team onboarding.

Supports social media, influencer, paid search, SEO, email, SMS, and CRM marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include content creation, campaign coordination, keyword research, ad and website optimization, performance analysis, reporting, presentations, and industry research. The role collaborates with internal teams and clients while contributing to digital marketing strategies and pitches. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, strong communication and analytical skills, proficiency with office and collaboration software, organization, and the ability to work independently remotely.

Build and optimize high-performance WordPress and Shopify websites, implement API and Martech integrations, develop AI and GCP-based features and data workflows, mentor junior developers, maintain code quality, and support technical strategy, documentation, and QA processes.

Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) by ideating, filming, and phone-based editing. Manage multiple client accounts, collaborate with project teams, ensure quality and compliance, and occasionally serve as on-screen talent.

Manage project planning, timelines, resources, and communication between clients and teams. Foster teamwork and drive process improvements.

Manage and secure company IT infrastructure: design networks, select hardware/software, deploy applications, implement cybersecurity and disaster recovery, provide help-desk support and training, run asset/account lifecycle and HR-aligned IT workflows, and ensure project delivery within scope and budget.

Manage and grow client relationships through consultative account management, upselling, contract renewals, and strategic consulting. Coordinate with internal teams and use project management tools to ensure timely delivery. Monitor account performance, present insights, lead pitches, and represent the agency at client meetings and events to drive retention and revenue.

Manage and optimize the e‑commerce store: develop sales strategies, create and edit product listings, analyze website and customer data, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, manage vendors, monitor competitors, and improve customer experience using martech and automation tools.

Manage end-to-end photo and video production: plan pre-production, direct on-set shoots, post-process imagery, support editing for short-form social videos, lead projects, and apply AI/automation improvements to workflows while collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams.
