The Role
Salary Range: Php 20,000 - 24,000
Responsibilities:
- UI Design & Prototyping:
- Create high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization:
- Implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate and improve design effectiveness.
- Analyze test results to optimize user interfaces for higher conversion rates.
- Responsive & Accessible Design:
- Design responsive interfaces that provide consistent experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
- Ensure designs meet the latest accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.2).
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Design Research:
- Conduct research to inform design decisions, including user needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
- Continuous Learning:
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills in UX design.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your design expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with responsive design and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Basic understanding of UX principles and a willingness to learn more.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience conducting user research to inform design strategies.
- Familiarity with motion design and creating engaging micro-interactions.
- Certification or coursework in UX/UI design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
