- Stakeholder and Client Relations
- Collaborate closely with executives, and Skyrocket teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Support executive leadership with talking points, media training, and preparation for public appearances and interviews.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and community organizations.
- Administrative and Team Support
- Maintain media lists, contact databases, and track press opportunities.
- Handle administrative tasks associated with PR projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Assist with hiring, training, and managing PR staff as the department grows, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Pitches and Presentations:
- Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support to the Head of Public Relations and share insights related to PR.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
- Industry Knowledge
- Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to public relations.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a PR role, with both strategic and hands-on experience in campaign management.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent media relations skills with established contacts in relevant industries.
- Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in PR software, media monitoring tools, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Strong strategic thinking and creativity in problem-solving.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup. Candidates from Metro Manila are strongly preferred.
