Associate Mobile Developer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and plan for new features in mobile applications.
• Advise and implement new mobile products, applications, and protocols.
• Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality.
• Use and customize existing web apps for mobile applications.

• Support the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, test, release, and support.
• Produce fully functional mobile applications by writing clean and efficient code.
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions to meet user and business needs.
• Liaise with the product development team to plan new features and ensure cohesive integration.

• Stay up to date with terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding mobile apps.
• Write unit and UI tests to identify and fix malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Design interfaces to improve user experience and ensure intuitive navigation.

• Communicate with users to understand their needs and experiences.
• Incorporate user feedback into application updates and new features.
• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards.
• Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications based on user feedback and performance metrics.

• Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing technical insights and support.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and effectively communicating technical ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Present and justify development decisions and approaches to stakeholders and clients.
• Support the creation of technical documentation for client presentations.

• Stay updated on market developments and opportunities in mobile app development, digital technology, and software engineering.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to mobile app development.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in mobile app development and related tools.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Mobile Developer.
• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Android Market.
• Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language such as Swift or Java.
• Familiarity with OOP design principles.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Superior analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to perform effectively in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and follow technical plans.
• BSc degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Proven ability to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development.
