Lead the zero-to-one client-facing product for an agentic AI platform. Own roadmap, drive adoption, engagement, and retention, work closely with designers and a product squad, run client discovery and design-partner loops, and define AI behavior inside the product to convert studio workflows into the platform.

Serve as primary contact for midsize and enterprise gaming partners to drive adoption, align Sett's platform with UA goals, manage operational and technical needs, advocate customer feedback to Product/R&D, communicate releases, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales to grow partnerships.

Own commercial relationships with midsize and enterprise mobile gaming partners to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion. Identify growth opportunities via UA and performance data, lead negotiations and contract renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to commercialize product innovations and ensure revenue growth.

Lead and scale the playable ads production execution org. Manage Auditor Team Leads and Operations Managers, own delivery targets, production readiness, workflows, reporting, and internal tool usability. Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Creative, Growth, and R&D to maintain quality, throughput, and consistent processes across distributed teams.

Build end-to-end internal GTM products for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success: dashboards, data pipelines, ops apps, partner ops, and enrichment pipelines. Work with agentic AI (Claude Code) to prototype, ship, validate, and iterate on tools that drive adoption and revenue. Own problem discovery, delivery, documentation, and adoption measurement.

Own relationships with midsize and enterprise gaming partners to drive adoption, retention, and upsells of Sett's UA creative platform. Guide partners on technical, operational, and strategic use of the product, communicate feedback to Product and R&D, coordinate releases, and collaborate with Sales to expand partnerships.

Lead strategic partner engagements end-to-end to deploy and drive adoption of Sett's AI solutions. Define POC success criteria, manage timelines, remove blockers, ensure integration into partner workflows, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve measurable partner outcomes.

Lead end-to-end development of LLM-based applications and proprietary AI agents, build and maintain backend systems, collaborate with research and engineering, and deliver production-ready features.

Own full sales cycles for high-ACV mobile gaming deals: handle inbound leads, run discovery and demos, negotiate multi-stakeholder enterprise contracts, build relationships with UA leaders and C-levels, shape sales strategy and processes, and represent Sett's agentic AI creative platform to close deals.

Own end-to-end feature development across the stack, build LLM-based applications and proprietary AI agents, collaborate via design/code reviews, and partner with research and engineering to deploy and iterate on agentic AI solutions for mobile ad creative optimization.

Lead and scale Sett’s post-sale organization to drive net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion. Build operating systems for onboarding, health, and expansion; hire and develop leaders; enforce data-driven customer decisions; align Sales, Product, and Delivery; and create a repeatable customer playbook to deliver measurable value and growth.

Support monthly close, budgeting, and FP&A. Build reports, forecasts, and dashboards. Develop automation/AI workflows. Prepare tax filings, support audits, and perform ad-hoc financial analyses.
