Own full sales cycles for high-ACV mobile gaming deals: handle inbound leads, run discovery and demos, negotiate multi-stakeholder enterprise contracts, build relationships with UA leaders and C-levels, shape sales strategy and processes, and represent Sett's agentic AI creative platform to close deals.

Lead and scale Sett’s post-sale organization to drive net revenue retention, renewals, and expansion. Build operating systems for onboarding, health, and expansion; hire and develop leaders; enforce data-driven customer decisions; align Sales, Product, and Delivery; and create a repeatable customer playbook to deliver measurable value and growth.

Manage day-to-day execution of playable ads production, aligning teams, tasks, and priorities to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain operational visibility, remove blockers, report status, identify risks, and optimize workflows while supporting onboarding and adoption of internal tools and automation.

Support monthly close, budgeting, and FP&A. Build reports, forecasts, and dashboards. Develop automation/AI workflows. Prepare tax filings, support audits, and perform ad-hoc financial analyses.

Lead a small cross-functional squad to own a product area end-to-end, from idea to production. The role translates complex technology into compelling buyer language, builds bottom-of-funnel proof, supports sales, develops customer community programs, and feeds market insight back to product and founders. Candidates must have product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, product launch experience, exceptional writing skills, and an AI-native workflow using Claude Code or a comparable agentic tool.

Develops AI-driven creative ideation systems for mobile game user acquisition. Uses performance data, ad-network results, playable analytics, and creative expertise to identify effective concepts, build evaluation frameworks, prototype solutions, and scale them into production workflows. Collaborates with research, creative, engineering, and customer-facing teams to improve experimentation, creative decisions, and closed-loop learning across advertising platforms.

Own strategic partner engagements for an AI-powered mobile gaming advertising platform, from discovery and POC scoping through deployment, adoption, retention, and expansion. Define success criteria, manage timelines, identify risks, advise partners, drive workflow integration, and uncover account expansion opportunities. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, creative, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Lead the zero-to-one client-facing product for an agentic AI platform. Own roadmap, drive adoption, engagement, and retention, work closely with designers and a product squad, run client discovery and design-partner loops, and define AI behavior inside the product to convert studio workflows into the platform.
