We're looking for someone who's worked on both sides of the table - engineering and product.
You'll own an entire product area, lead a squad, and work alongside engineers, researchers, creative experts and operations to build AI products that customers use every day.
Responsibilities- Own a product area from idea to production.
- Lead a cross-functional squad 2-3 people.
- Build product strategy through customer conversations, experimentation and fast iteration.
- Stay hands-on and keep building production systems.Design and build agentic AI products that solve real customer problems.
- Decide what gets built - not because it's on a roadmap, but because it's the highest-leverage thing to do.
- Work closely with creative experts, researchers, engineers and operation managers to continuously improve the product.
- Has experience in both Software Engineering and Product Management.
- Hands-on building and writing production code.
- Have built and shipped agentic AI products to real customers
- Have hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks and AI evaluations.
- Prefer prototypes over presentations.
- You're comfortable making decisions without having all the answers.
