Build and deploy AI-driven playable and video ad workflows for mobile game partners. Responsibilities include creating playables, shaders, VFX, animations, and technical tools; optimizing ads for low-end devices; managing packaging, analytics, QA, and live deployment; interpreting performance data; and iterating toward measurable results. The role also leads technical partner discussions, maps creative pipelines, and develops reusable AI tools and workflows.

Own commercial relationships with midsize and enterprise mobile gaming partners. Drive renewals, cross-sells, upsells, account expansion, and net revenue retention through data-driven business cases and performance marketing insights. Manage C-level relationships, complex procurement and legal negotiations, pricing, forecasting, and billing coordination. Partner with sales, finance, product, and R&D teams to commercialize product innovation and deliver high-value solutions.

Lead a small cross-functional squad to own a product area end-to-end, from idea to production. Combine hands-on engineering and product work to design, build, and iterate agentic AI features using LLMs and orchestration frameworks, guided by customer conversations, experimentation, and performance evaluation.
