Analyze, document, and improve billing and freight audit processes to drive standardization, efficiency, and compliance. Coordinate dispatch and track-and-trace activities for brokerage operations: communicate with drivers, monitor shipments using Macro Point/4Kites/Trucker Tools, respond to customer status requests, track compliance metrics, monitor detention, and support brokers and carrier development.

Provide administrative support including preparing documents, invoices, reports; organizing files and schedules; processing paperwork; managing calendars, meetings, and travel; responding courteously to internal and external stakeholders; and completing special projects as assigned.

Recruit drivers by partnering with operations to source, screen, and onboard candidates. Manage job postings, interviews, background/consumer reports, DOT compliance, documentation in the system of record, and stakeholder communication to meet hiring targets.

Provide day-to-day employment and litigation legal counsel across a nationwide transportation and logistics operation. Manage auto liability, workers' compensation, employment, labor, and commercial litigation; oversee outside counsel; handle EEOC/NLRB and administrative matters; advise HR and business leaders; develop litigation strategy, manage claims and reserves, support labor-management and compliance initiatives, and lead investigations and policy development.
