Recruit drivers by partnering with operations leadership to source, screen, and onboard candidates. Manage job postings, calendars for interviews/orientation/tests, run consumer reports, ensure DOT and company compliance, maintain records, and host hiring calls. Deliver high-volume recruiting and maintain communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Process high-volume supplier invoices and equipment-related payables (titles, licenses, permits). Code and route invoices for approval, research and resolve invoice discrepancies, respond to vendor inquiries, maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation, and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Provide administrative and telephone support for recruiting: screen and verify employment for driver applicants, answer candidate hotline calls, assist recruiters with reports and outreach, maintain ATS records, support projects and perform other recruiting administrative tasks.
