Analyzes operational and financial data, metrics, budgets, forecasts, trends, and variances to support management decision-making. Produces reports, identifies data issues, performs cost-benefit analyses, and develops financial forecasts. Partners with project teams and business leaders to define reporting needs, maintain documentation, improve processes, and promote consistent enterprise measurement practices that drive cost savings and productivity.

Supervise extended operations center staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, performance monitoring, and service-level oversight. Resolve daily scheduling and service issues, escalate deficiencies, maintain communication across operational teams, and support process training. The role requires transportation or dispatching knowledge, customer service and problem-solving skills, familiarity with DOT regulations, strong computer skills, and availability for 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Coordinates property procurement processes, including project flow, system updates, vendor and stakeholder coordination, contract compliance, renewals, inspections, and property expense tracking. Leads small RFPs, recommends suppliers, and analyzes procurement activities involving fuel and equipment. Requires strong organizational, negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, along with proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.

Coordinate dispatch and track-and-trace activities for brokerage operations: communicate with drivers, monitor shipments using Macro Point/4Kites/Trucker Tools, respond to customer status requests, track compliance metrics, monitor detention, and support brokers and carrier development.

Provide day-to-day employment and litigation legal counsel across a nationwide transportation and logistics operation. Manage auto liability, workers' compensation, employment, labor, and commercial litigation; oversee outside counsel; handle EEOC/NLRB and administrative matters; advise HR and business leaders; develop litigation strategy, manage claims and reserves, support labor-management and compliance initiatives, and lead investigations and policy development.

Onsite network analyst responsible for configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting LAN/WAN and voice/data networks, implementing security controls, supporting Cisco infrastructure, performing diagnostics, documenting architectures, and recommending network solutions. Participate in on-call rotation and vendor coordination.
