Supervise extended operations center staff, including scheduling, training, coaching, performance monitoring, and service-level oversight. Resolve daily scheduling and service issues, escalate deficiencies, maintain communication across operational teams, and support process training. The role requires transportation or dispatching knowledge, customer service and problem-solving skills, familiarity with DOT regulations, strong computer skills, and availability for 12-hour shifts, weekends, and overtime.

Coordinates property procurement processes, including project flow, system updates, vendor and stakeholder coordination, contract compliance, renewals, inspections, and property expense tracking. Leads small RFPs, recommends suppliers, and analyzes procurement activities involving fuel and equipment. Requires strong organizational, negotiation, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, along with proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.

Coordinate dispatch and track-and-trace activities for brokerage operations: communicate with drivers, monitor shipments using Macro Point/4Kites/Trucker Tools, respond to customer status requests, track compliance metrics, monitor detention, and support brokers and carrier development.
