Partners on candidate handoffs into documentation and onboarding, represents the company at recruitment events, and may travel domestically, internationally, and aboard company yachts.

Coordinates crew joining and leaving movements for yachts, including travel, lodging, port arrangements, documentation, visas, certifications, and training logistics. Monitors travel disruptions, manages rerouting, maintains movement records, and supports reporting. The role requires coordination across time zones, maritime compliance knowledge, multicultural communication, and occasional on-call coverage and yacht travel.

Manage trade sales and strategic travel agency accounts across Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America. Drive revenue targets through consultative selling, account planning, negotiations, training, cooperative marketing, and trade events. Lead onboard Future Voyage Concierge sales teams, develop strategic growth plans, support organizational change, resolve sales issues, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee reporting, budgets, and familiarization voyages. Frequent national and international travel, bilingual communication, and occasional evening or weekend work are required.

Develops and maintains sales learning content for luxury yacht sales teams across instructor-led, virtual, digital, microlearning, eLearning, video, and job-aid formats. Applies instructional design and adult-learning principles, collaborates with subject-matter experts and brand stakeholders, manages LMS content and approval cycles, creates assessments, evaluates learning effectiveness, and maintains content versioning and lifecycle governance. The role also manages multiple development projects and supports sales performance through practical, performance-based learning.

Designs and implements enterprise DevSecOps frameworks, secure CI/CD pipelines, cloud security controls, infrastructure automation, and container security across AWS and Azure. Integrates security testing, monitoring, SIEM, threat detection, incident response, and compliance controls. Partners with engineering and operations teams, mentors technical staff, conducts security assessments, documents standards, and drives improvements in deployment reliability, vulnerability reduction, compliance, and incident response metrics.

Leads the global trade reservations team, overseeing daily operations, sales revenue, bookings, customer inquiries, amendments, cancellations, and escalations. Coaches and evaluates reservation staff, tracks KPIs and performance goals, supports scheduling and HR processes, processes refunds, and identifies opportunities to increase ancillary sales. Provides reports to leadership, handles peak-period calls, and ensures exceptional service while promoting luxury yacht vacations to travel professionals.

Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including users, permissions, data extensions, Contact Builder, automations, journeys, integrations, and security. Write SQL for segmentation, troubleshoot deliverability and synchronization issues, support campaign configuration, enforce privacy and governance standards, and assess Salesforce releases. Requires strong Marketing Cloud administration experience, Salesforce certification, SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and Marketing Cloud Connect expertise.

Supports procurement and supply chain activities for luxury yacht operations, including sourcing, RFQs, supplier management, purchase orders, price analysis, delivery monitoring, logistics coordination, and procurement reporting. Collaborates with Finance, Operations, onboard teams, and international suppliers while maintaining procurement data and supporting process improvement, cost control, and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay activities.

Designs, develops, and deploys enterprise generative AI applications using AWS Bedrock, Python, RAG, LLMs, and agentic AI. Builds scalable APIs, microservices, vector stores, embedding pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure. Leads technical design, implements responsible AI controls, monitoring, testing, and CI/CD, while integrating enterprise data and systems. Provides technical leadership and mentors engineering teams delivering secure, production-ready AI solutions.

Defines architecture and engineering standards for guest-facing digital platforms, contributes hands-on across front-end and back-end systems, leads technical discovery, reviews code, manages technical debt, evaluates third-party integrations, and serves as a technical escalation point.
