Overview: A results-oriented Vice President of Growth & Marketing Measurement to spearhead RCYC's data-driven marketing initiatives and generate rapid demand growth. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of marketing analytics, growth strategies, and ultra luxury brand positioning. The ideal candidate will drive measurable results, enhance customer acquisition, and develop a high performing, analytics, media and retention marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement innovative growth strategies that align with RCYC's brand vision and business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage and develop advanced analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize spend, and identify growth opportunities across multiple channels. Spearhead the launch of an media mix model and alternative approaches to measure marketing performance.

  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics frameworks to track and report on marketing performance, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Digital teams, CRM, sales and content teams to ensure a cohesive approach to brand messaging and customer engagement.

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing measurement team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Budget Management: Oversee the growing marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing investments.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on growth strategy and performance measurement, preferably in the luxury or travel sectors.

  • Proven track record of leveraging data analytics to drive growth and enhance customer experiences.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives.

  • Passion for luxury travel and a deep understanding of the customer journey in the high touch market

What We Do

Designed to combine the luxury lifestyle of The Ritz-Carlton® and the casual freedom of a yachting vacation, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection will offer voyages on three custom-built yachts. Calling on unique and distinguished destinations alike, most voyages range from seven to ten nights, offering many overnight calls and uniquely curated experiences ashore. Each yacht will feature 149 suites, each with its own private terrace, and accommodate up to 298 guests in a relaxed, casually elegant atmosphere. As with The Ritz-Carlton® on land, each yacht will feature personalized service, elevated dining and luxury amenities. The yachts are also available for private charter.
