Respond to customer and sales rep inquiries by phone/email, prepare and enter quotations and orders for architectural products, establish pricing, coordinate with specifiers and internal departments, research order status/expedites, prepare drawing submittals, maintain records, and provide backup for other inside sales/customer service duties.
