Owns cost accounting and financial analysis across 11 manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, ERP cost updates, SOX compliance, audit support, KPI reporting, and process improvement. Partners with plant controllers and operations leaders to improve cost visibility, inventory accuracy, reporting integrity, and manufacturing performance.

Engineer and support Azure and on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, identity management, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and security. Provide advanced technical support, manage ServiceNow incidents, monitor performance, perform root cause analysis, implement system improvements, document solutions, and contribute to infrastructure projects. The role requires PowerShell scripting, collaboration with vendors and internal teams, limited-direction work, and up to 10% travel.

Develop and maintain product demand forecasts by analyzing trends, collaborating with Sales, Customers, and Product Management, and leading forecast reviews. Track forecast accuracy, support product launches and phase-outs, communicate demand across plants, and coordinate forecast changes with Operations. Partner with Master Planners and Supply Chain Managers to align demand with production capacity, inventory objectives, and customer planning programs.
