Lead R&D and biomechanical validation for OTC medical devices (Breathe Right and other portfolios). Define performance requirements, run CFD/FEA and human factors studies, develop verification/validation protocols, collaborate with CDMOs and cross-functional teams, support regulatory submissions (510(k), design controls), IP strategy, and translate technical insights into commercial product launches and substantiated claims.

Lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for senior leadership. Own annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, Board and investor financial messaging, financial modeling for acquisitions and strategic initiatives, G&A and CapEx analysis, and support SEC reporting. Partner cross-functionally to drive margin, pricing, cost productivity, and capital allocation decisions.

Owner of multiple eye and ear care brands driving P&L-backed brand plans, digital and retail marketing execution, market and performance analysis, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration to grow sales across brick-and-mortar and ecommerce channels.

Partner with Sales, Marketing and retailers to identify category growth opportunities. Create insight-driven selling stories, category reviews, customer-specific sales presentations, and ongoing reporting. Support product placement, pricing, distribution priorities and promotions. Present findings to senior management, maintain cross-functional communication, respond to retailer requests, and produce required documentation. Travel up to 5%.

Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Accounting. Provide hands-on functional support and optimization for SAP S/4HANA PP, PP-PI, and warehouse processes in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
