Accountabilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate processing technicians and utility personnel as assigned. Fill in for Processing Manager.
- Moderate direct impact on profitability through efficiency of operation.
- Ensure that the workplace, employees, products, and documents comply with U.S. and Foreign GMPs and C.B. Fleet standards for quality and safety.
- Plan and implement cleaning and batching schedules by efficient allocation of manpower, material, equipment, and maintenance support.
- Ensure that all required records, logs, reports, schedules, and computer entries are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review cleaning procedures, batch records, workstation procedures, and update as required. Generate new procedures as necessary.
- Evaluate effectiveness and revision as needed: utility cleaning program, sanitation, processing procedures, and equipment functionality.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- BA/BS or the equivalent.
- Minimum of four years of related experience including one year of supervisory experience
