Develops and maintains forecasts and demand planning systems for assigned brands/customers. Generates monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts; supports S&OP, new product launches, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and third-party distributors; maintains procedures, trains users, resolves system issues, and completes reporting and special projects.

Supervise and train hourly processing and utility staff across three shifts, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, batching, cleaning schedules, documentation accuracy, validations, and equipment functionality while supporting cost controls and production efficiency.

Lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for senior leadership. Own annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, Board and investor financial messaging, financial modeling for acquisitions and strategic initiatives, G&A and CapEx analysis, and support SEC reporting. Partner cross-functionally to drive margin, pricing, cost productivity, and capital allocation decisions.
