Manage finished-goods production planning, inventory, and purchasing for multiple OTC and personal care brands. Maintain master production schedules and safety stock, use SAP/MRP and ERP systems, support S&OP, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve supply and supplier issues, produce reports, and support new product launches and process improvements.

Respond to consumer and healthcare professional inquiries and complaints about drug, device, and supplement products. Capture case data, maintain product knowledge, follow Medical Affairs documentation and Good Documentation Practices, provide high-quality customer service, analyze complaints/inquiries, and support departmental processes.

Lead R&D and biomechanical validation for OTC medical devices (Breathe Right and other portfolios). Define performance requirements, run CFD/FEA and human factors studies, develop verification/validation protocols, collaborate with CDMOs and cross-functional teams, support regulatory submissions (510(k), design controls), IP strategy, and translate technical insights into commercial product launches and substantiated claims.
