Collaborates with agencies, vendors, sales, demand planning, and cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, profitability, and successful product launches.

Leads industrial design, front-end innovation, and product development for consumer healthcare devices. Translates consumer insights and brand strategies into intuitive, manufacturable products, manages design requirements and prototyping, and supports design transfer, verification, validation, and regulatory documentation. Partners with cross-functional teams, suppliers, CDMOs, and engineering providers while managing and developing a biomedical engineering team. Oversees innovation pipelines, portfolio prioritization, intellectual property support, and communication with senior leadership.

Provide QA oversight at a 3PL warehouse to ensure GMP compliance: lead investigations and CAPAs, perform audits and inspections, manage supplier quality, draft and maintain SOPs, analyze quality metrics, and train stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
