Prepare, detail, and review marine MEP and HVAC drawings using AutoCAD for offshore, marine, and oil and gas structures. Guide junior designers, support senior engineers, collaborate with project teams, and ensure designs comply with class rules, industry codes, regulations, and international standards.

Supports project planning, coordination, documentation, scheduling, estimation, resource planning, procurement, and task tracking across engineering projects in oil and gas, marine, and industrial sectors. Coordinates with engineering teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders while following project, quality, and safety procedures.

Supports HR operations, recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave tracking, HR communications, engagement activities, reporting, documentation, HRMS and ATS administration, payroll support, and policy implementation. The role is designed for a fresh graduate and includes hands-on training across HR processes and recruitment.
