Prepare and revise electrical drawings, layouts, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, cable routing, tray layouts, lighting, small power, equipment layouts, and installation drawings for oil and gas, marine, and offshore projects. Coordinate with engineers, review drawings for accuracy and compliance, incorporate design changes, maintain revisions, and ensure documentation meets project, code, and client standards.

Generate and qualify domestic and international B2B leads, identify new business opportunities, conduct customer meetings and presentations, build client relationships, achieve sales targets, maintain the sales pipeline, support LinkedIn and email marketing initiatives, attend industry events, monitor market trends, and coordinate with internal teams. The role focuses on business development within engineering services, with preferred exposure to oil and gas, offshore, marine, or industrial sectors.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects through feasibility, FEED, and detailed design phases for Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors. Define scope, schedules, budgets, estimates, resource plans, and execution strategies; monitor performance; manage risks, changes, and stakeholders; ensure contractual, safety, and industry compliance; oversee design quality; and support procurement, construction, continuous improvement, and lessons learned.
