Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors, develops innovative campaign strategies, and uses digital marketing analytics to improve effectiveness.

Leads purchasing, inventory, stores, logistics, supplier relationships, and procurement operations. Manages team workflows, purchase orders, strategic sourcing, negotiations, cost reduction, vendor performance, stock levels, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with warehouse, production, finance, and quality teams.

Sources and procures technical equipment, raw materials, fabricated parts, and engineering services. Evaluates supplier bids, selects and manages specialized vendors, negotiates commercial and technical terms, drafts purchase orders, expedites manufacturing and delivery, coordinates inspections, resolves supplier queries, and develops cost-optimization and alternative-sourcing strategies.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring forecasts, job fairs, and employer branding. Oversee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, leave, payroll support, office administration, travel desk, exits, and employee training. Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for leadership while using HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for PCB products, conduct cold outreach, present products, negotiate and close deals, manage customer relations and complaints, maintain sales/financial reports, ensure demo stock, collaborate with internal teams, travel to tradeshows and customer sites, and host customers for technical/manufacturing discussions.

Sources electronic components and develops local and international vendors. Verifies bills of material, compares quotes, negotiates pricing and delivery terms, recommends alternate parts, supports customers technically, monitors supplier performance, resolves quality and delivery issues, maintains purchasing records, and coordinates vendor payments.

Lead and execute social media, content, and email marketing; create and coordinate content across channels; manage email workflows and campaign analysis using Meta Insights and Zoho; monitor website performance with GA4 and Search Console; support SEO and collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams; handle expo and offline branding; apply AI tools and prompt engineering; stay current on B2B electronics trends.
