Entry-level production engineer role for diploma or degree holders supporting PCBA manufacturing. Candidates must be willing to work different shifts.

Manage daily Effluent Treatment Plant operations and maintenance, implement Zero Liquid Discharge strategies, ensure environmental regulatory compliance, maintain water quality standards, lead operators and technicians, drive sustainability initiatives, and prepare operational and regulatory reports.

Performs quality control inspections of printed circuit boards using Vision Measuring Machines, microsectioning, and IPC Class 2 and Class 3 standards. Reviews PCB fabrication quality, identifies defects, manages daily operational priorities, and prepares technical and daily reports in Microsoft Excel.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring forecasts, job fairs, and employer branding. Oversee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, leave, payroll support, office administration, travel desk, exits, and employee training. Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for leadership while using HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for PCB products, conduct cold outreach, present products, negotiate and close deals, manage customer relations and complaints, maintain sales/financial reports, ensure demo stock, collaborate with internal teams, travel to tradeshows and customer sites, and host customers for technical/manufacturing discussions.

Plans and monitors PCB production activities to ensure timely delivery, quality, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include work-center output tracking, shift and manpower planning, work-order prioritization, production schedule meetings, delivery issue resolution, coordination with logistics partners, and communication of planning deviations to technical support and production leadership.

Sources electronic components and develops local and international vendors. Verifies bills of material, compares quotes, negotiates pricing and delivery terms, recommends alternate parts, supports customers technically, monitors supplier performance, resolves quality and delivery issues, maintains purchasing records, and coordinates vendor payments.

Lead and execute social media, content, and email marketing; create and coordinate content across channels; manage email workflows and campaign analysis using Meta Insights and Zoho; monitor website performance with GA4 and Search Console; support SEO and collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams; handle expo and offline branding; apply AI tools and prompt engineering; stay current on B2B electronics trends.
