Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for PCB products, conduct cold outreach, present products, negotiate and close deals, manage customer relations and complaints, maintain sales/financial reports, ensure demo stock, collaborate with internal teams, travel to tradeshows and customer sites, and host customers for technical/manufacturing discussions.

Source and manage electronic components vendors, verify BOMs, collect and compare quotes, suggest alternate parts, maintain supplier performance records, resolve delivery and quality issues, coordinate payments, and support customers technically while improving material planning and vendor management processes.

Sell complex technology solutions to new and existing customers. Qualify customer needs, prepare technical presentations and demos, model financial business cases, support strategic deals with sales executives, and communicate client requirements to engineering. Prepare cost estimates and sales engineering reports, attend professional development, and travel to meet clients to drive renewals and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical sales support at an entry-level. Candidates may be freshers; electronics background preferred. Requires good communication, basic analytical skills, e-commerce knowledge, and basic technical understanding for EC backgrounds.
