Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
- Handle recruitment at all levels, including new hires and replacements as assigned by management
- Source potential candidates through job portals, recruitment service providers, referrals, and online channels (social platforms, professional networks)
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Plan and manage interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, video, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, resumes, and contact details using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department, team, and location
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new hires
- Ensure timely completion of joining and other HR-related documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage attendance and leave records
- Provide payroll support
- Oversee general office administration
- Manage the travel desk
- Handle exit formalities and offboarding processes
Training & Development
- Plan and implement training and development activities for employees
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and lead Security, Housekeeping and admin staff with their tasks.
Reporting
- Prepare and submit reports in the proper format on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis to the team leader/CXO
- Strong command over MS Office
- Working knowledge of HRMS and ATS platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles
- Organizational and multitasking abilities for handling admin and HR operations simultaneously
