Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring forecasts, job fairs, and employer branding. Oversee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, leave, payroll support, office administration, travel desk, exits, and employee training. Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports for leadership while using HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for PCB products, conduct cold outreach, present products, negotiate and close deals, manage customer relations and complaints, maintain sales/financial reports, ensure demo stock, collaborate with internal teams, travel to tradeshows and customer sites, and host customers for technical/manufacturing discussions.

Plans and monitors PCB production activities to ensure timely delivery, quality, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include work-center output tracking, shift and manpower planning, work-order prioritization, production schedule meetings, delivery issue resolution, coordination with logistics partners, and communication of planning deviations to technical support and production leadership.
