Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud environments across ERP, HCM, SCM, and related services. Responsibilities include platform configuration, security and access management, environment refreshes, quarterly updates, performance monitoring, integration support through Oracle Integration Cloud, audit compliance, documentation, change management, and troubleshooting. The role partners with functional, infrastructure, security, integration, vendor, and project teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.

Develops and manages a system-wide provider onboarding program tailored to individual service lines. Partners with clinical and operational leaders to ensure onboarding requirements, including Joint Commission standards, are met. Analyzes turnover, engagement surveys, exit interviews, and provider feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Leads project planning, requirements, resource allocation, schedules, risk and contingency planning, budgets, deliverables, and project teams. Coordinates activities, resolves conflicts, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures projects meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, customer specifications, and established PMO methodologies.

Manages new product requests and item-manager additions, evaluates products for safety, quality, financial, and operational benefits, and recommends supply standardization and utilization initiatives. Coordinates recall and backorder processes, partners with demand planners to maintain product availability, and collaborates with supply chain teams and internal customers to improve execution and customer experience. Requires clinical nursing expertise, data analysis, communication, teamwork, and supply chain coordination.

Provides help desk and client support for Parkview Health by answering calls, troubleshooting hardware, software, training, and application issues, documenting incidents, following up with users, and escalating outages appropriately. Maintains tickets and time entries, communicates issue-resolution progress, applies corrective measures, and supports service-level expectations. The role also shares technical knowledge and uses problem-solving and root-cause analysis to improve end-user productivity.

Provides legal support for Parkview Health through contract drafting and negotiation, advises on business transactions and related legal matters, and supports healthcare compliance issues. The role requires broad contract law knowledge, strong communication skills, business and financial acumen, and the ability to present effectively to senior leadership. A law degree and bachelor’s degree are required; real estate and healthcare law experience are preferred.

Executes HR onboarding, credential validation, policy documentation, workforce compliance, and employee record processes. Supports organizational readiness during growth, acquisitions, offboarding, and survey preparation. Coordinates documentation, monitors credentialing, maintains compliance standards, and builds consultative relationships across teams. Requires strong HR knowledge, process coordination, administrative precision, and familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards.
