Conduct market forecasting and competitor analysis, provide market intelligence, support product innovation, and represent regional priorities in leadership planning.

Lead enterprise Learning and Development strategy, including leadership development, succession planning, capability assessments, talent programs, coaching frameworks, learning pathways, and digital learning adoption. Establish learning governance and analytics to measure impact, strengthen leadership readiness, build succession pipelines, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Leads HR and administration across talent acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle management, policies, compliance, audits, workplace operations, engagement initiatives, and vendor management. The role builds efficient HR processes, maintains audit-ready documentation, ensures workplace safety and readiness, supports employee experience and retention, and partners with stakeholders to improve organizational operations.

The Finance Lead will oversee financial compliance, statutory filings, audits, cash flow, treasury, budgeting, cost control, MIS reporting, reconciliations, vendor payments, working capital, and commercial contract reviews. The role partners with business stakeholders, strengthens financial controls, improves processes, and supports finance automation and ERP integration. Success requires accurate reporting, healthy cash flow, budget discipline, efficient working capital, and strong statutory compliance.

Supports HR technology and automation initiatives by helping automate role profile creation, develop and track AI-based performance systems, coordinate workflow implementations with HR teams, and manage data handling, reporting, documentation, and process optimization.

Support commissioning, trial runs, start-up, stabilization, and operational readiness for Paper Machine 4. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, projects, and vendors; monitor machine parameters, process performance, and product quality; assist with troubleshooting, SOPs, documentation, reporting, material tracking, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
