The role involves personally building or leading systems, driving organizational change, developing a small team in Noida, and delivering measurable business outcomes across manufacturing, inventory, product development, and operations.

Coordinate with operations, maintenance, projects, and vendors; monitor machine parameters, process performance, and product quality; assist with troubleshooting, SOPs, documentation, reporting, material tracking, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead the erection, commissioning, trial runs, and stabilization of a specialty paper manufacturing machine. Ensure on-time, budget-compliant delivery, process stability, product quality, safety, and production output. Establish operating and maintenance SOPs, develop new products cost-effectively, improve productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and coordinate procurement, operations, R&D, and vendors.

Lead safe, accurate, and timely fabrication activities supporting equipment reliability, maintenance, shutdowns, and operational continuity. Manage fabrication teams, repairs, modifications, resources, tools, consumables, and contractors. Ensure compliance with safety permits, TPM, 6S, and workplace standards while reducing rework, optimizing material use, and driving continuous improvement. Perform or oversee drawing interpretation, measurement, cutting, fitting, welding, machine repair fabrication, and equipment maintenance support.
