Leads technical support and quality improvement for paper manufacturing products. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, conducting root cause analysis, coordinating product trials with R&D and production, developing SOPs and technical documentation, monitoring KPIs, improving support processes, and coaching the technical support team. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Quality, Production, and R&D in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Lead statutory and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations. Manage stock exchange and ROC filings, investor communications, board and shareholder meetings, statutory records, annual reports, governance policies, and regulatory liaison activities. Identify compliance risks, improve internal processes, track action items, and promote awareness of governance and insider-trading requirements across the organization.

Leads HR and administration across talent acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle management, policies, compliance, audits, workplace operations, engagement initiatives, and vendor management. The role builds efficient HR processes, maintains audit-ready documentation, ensures workplace safety and readiness, supports employee experience and retention, and partners with stakeholders to improve organizational operations.
