Leads Health, Safety and Environment activities for a major industrial project across engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up. Responsibilities include implementing HSE systems, ensuring regulatory and contractor compliance, managing permits to work, conducting risk assessments and incident investigations, leading audits and training, and developing safety dashboards and KPIs. The role promotes zero-harm performance and a proactive safety culture.

Lead enterprise Learning and Development strategy, including leadership development, succession planning, capability assessments, talent programs, coaching frameworks, learning pathways, and digital learning adoption. Establish learning governance and analytics to measure impact, strengthen leadership readiness, build succession pipelines, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Lead statutory and regulatory compliance under the Companies Act and SEBI regulations. Manage stock exchange and ROC filings, investor communications, board and shareholder meetings, statutory records, annual reports, governance policies, and regulatory liaison activities. Identify compliance risks, improve internal processes, track action items, and promote awareness of governance and insider-trading requirements across the organization.
