Maintain design documentation and support standardization, commercialization, and intellectual property development.

Lead corporate secretarial and governance activities, including statutory and regulatory compliance, Board and AGM processes, filings, shareholder services, stock exchange disclosures, audit coordination, compliance reviews, and maintenance of confidential statutory records. The role supports senior leadership and Board stakeholders while monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring timely corrective action.

Lead international and export sales strategy for a designated region, achieving revenue and profitability targets. Build strategic customer and distribution partnerships, drive market expansion, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams. Conduct market forecasting and competitor analysis, provide market intelligence, support product innovation, and represent regional priorities in leadership planning.
