Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and President, including calendar and inbox management, travel booking, briefing materials, meeting logistics, document editing, expense reporting, reception support, and handling sensitive information. Anticipate needs, track follow-ups, and be available outside standard hours for urgent tasks.

Build, assemble, integrate, and inspect mechanical structures and mechanisms for return vehicles using engineering drawings and work instructions. Support fit checks, torque and fastener installation, vehicle-level integration, test setup/teardown, maintain safe work areas, and document/flag discrepancies.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical hardware and software roles: sourcing, screening, structured interviews, offers, and pre-onboarding. Partner with engineering and operations to forecast headcount, build pipelines, maintain ATS processes, ensure export-control compliance, calibrate compensation, and track hiring metrics. Support non-technical hires and campus/event outreach as needed.
