Design and implement datacenter and cloud infrastructure solutions including hypervisors, networking, storage, and BCDR. Scope migrations to Azure/AWS, produce SOWs/BOMs, recommend architectures, oversee deployments, document designs, and train field engineers.

Contribute to large-scale platform and tech-enablement initiatives and collaborate across teams.

Provide Tier 1 unified communications support for hosted voice environments, troubleshoot VoIP and networking issues, manage tickets, perform documentation and occasional onsite visits, participate in on-call rotation and process improvements.

Provide presales architecture and consulting for cloud and infrastructure solutions: capture requirements, design implementable architectures, produce proposals, statements of work, and technical documentation, support sales engagements and present solutions to clients while maintaining strong collaboration with sales, technical, and project teams.

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AV, workplace technology, and smart office projects. Manage requirements, budgets, vendor procurement, design coordination, deployments (Zoom Rooms, digital signage, IPTV), testing, governance, risk, and project closeout while coordinating cross-functional and global teams and ensuring compliance with client processes.

Manage end-to-end turnover of Collaboration & Digital Enablement (CDET) projects into operations across APAC. Coordinate witness testing, UAT, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, deployments, technical documentation, asset administration, and operational handovers while ensuring quality, governance, and continuous improvement.

Provide first-line, on-site IT support at education client sites: respond to inquiries, troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, document tickets, communicate with non-technical users, complete timesheets, and collaborate with teams to resolve problems. Flexible travel between local sites may be required.

Provide advanced remote Apple and mixed-platform support and Mac system administration. Administer Addigy MDM and Apple Business Manager workflows, troubleshoot macOS issues, maintain ticket documentation, escalate as needed, contribute to knowledge articles, and participate in occasional on-call rotation.

Manage delivery and operations for philanthropic, volunteer, and sponsorship programs. Maintain integrated project plans, track tasks/dependencies/risks, run meeting cadences, administer PM software and public events calendar, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely decisions and handoffs for modernization and ongoing CE programs.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications and microservices. Build CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, deploy on Kubernetes using ArgoCD, integrate AWS services, manage databases, monitor performance with Splunk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Provide Level 1 internal IT support via phone and ticketing: troubleshoot Windows OS and applications, own incidents through resolution/escalation, maintain audit trails, follow procedures, recommend process improvements, and support rotational 24/7 shifts.
