Design, develop, and maintain scalable AWS data platforms, pipelines, data lakes, and warehouses for enterprise analytics, reporting, and regulatory needs. Build ETL/ELT and batch or near-real-time processing using Python, SQL, PySpark, Apache Iceberg, and Terraform. Support data governance, quality, security, disaster recovery, monitoring, CI/CD, and business continuity. Collaborate with stakeholders, document solutions, conduct knowledge transfer, mentor junior engineers, and apply AI-assisted development practices.

Manage end-to-end IT and technology implementation projects, including scope, planning, budgets, resources, risks, governance, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, execution, change control, and closure. The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, resolving technical issues, tracking milestones and metrics, managing project teams, formalizing support models, and conducting post-implementation reviews. Experience with insurance systems, digital transformation, data, cloud, Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies is preferred.

Develops and executes organic social media strategies for enterprise brands across major social platforms. Collaborates with brand, medical affairs, paid media, analytics, creative, IT, and agency teams; guides content through pharmaceutical MLR and FDA compliance reviews; analyzes audience and channel performance; creates leadership reporting; and maintains social media best practices and strategy playbooks.
