Lead enterprise Identity and Access Management operations including Entra ID/Azure AD administration, Azure RBAC design, privileged access (PIM/JIT), SSO/federation, service principal and managed identity governance, IAM automation and CI/CD controls, Splunk/ITDR monitoring, and support for Saviynt-to-SailPoint transition and multi-cloud identity governance in a regulated environment.

Analyze, transform, and migrate JCL-based mainframe batch workloads to Azure or distributed platforms. Troubleshoot JCL jobs, analyze Control-M/Atomic schedules and CICS environments, convert JCL to PowerShell, automate and optimize batch jobs in Azure, document requirements, and collaborate across cross-functional teams using Agile practices.

Partner with account executives to provide technical pre-sales support across digital transformation deals: lead technical discovery, design solution architectures, run demos and POCs, produce proposal/RFP content, document CRM notes (Dynamics/HubSpot), coordinate partner resources, and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery teams. Maintain technical expertise in cloud, AI/ML, data, application architecture, and security; present to technical and executive stakeholders.
