Provide first-line, on-site IT support at Wellington education client sites: troubleshoot hardware, Windows and server issues, networking and printers, manage ticketing, escalate complex problems, document work, complete timesheets, and deliver strong customer service while traveling locally between sites.

Provide advanced remote and onsite technical support for client infrastructure, troubleshoot complex server, network, hardware and software issues, lead infrastructure projects and implementations, mentor junior engineers, support solution architecture and pre-sales activities, maintain system performance through monitoring and automation, and produce technical documentation.

The Project Manager leads and coordinates projects for the GVC Division, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and high customer satisfaction while overseeing project lifecycle phases.
