Supports SaaS renewals by preparing quotes, order forms, and documentation; maintains renewal trackers and CRM/CPQ data; communicates with customers under AE/CSM guidance; collaborates with sales ops and finance; ensures timely, accurate renewals and escalates issues.

The role involves maintaining VMware and Jenkins infrastructure, automating tasks using Terraform, Ansible, and Packer, and supporting engineering teams in build and release processes.

Owns a quota-bearing renewal portfolio, closing 30+ renewals per quarter. Manages the full renewal cycle (outreach, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close), drives price uplift and multi-year conversions, uncovers expansion opportunities, builds renewal cadences using Salesloft/Gainsight/CRM, and maintains accurate Salesforce/CPQ forecasting.
