Oversee content planning, publishing, analytics, testing, trend evaluation, cross-functional collaboration, and workflow efficiency.

Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns: set up ads, perform keyword research and segmentation, monitor KPIs, reduce wasted spend and ACOS, and support client communication.

Manage email and SMS strategy across Klaviyo and Postscript for multiple brands: build and optimize lifecycle flows, run campaigns and A/B tests, grow lists via popups, analyze performance, improve deliverability, and coordinate with creative and tech teams to drive retention and revenue.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Brand Director: manage calendar and email, oversee Asana and project trackers, maintain data sheets and reports, prepare meeting notes and communications, track sales/retention data, support events and team initiatives, and proactively optimize workflows.

Support senior strategists on DTC brand growth across paid social, search, email/SMS, and retention. Assist with audits, creative and funnel analysis, competitor research, roadmap and messaging development, campaign and retention execution support, reporting, and client-facing materials while learning performance metrics and agency workflows.

Develop, audit, and migrate Zapier automations to use Custom Actions and API Call Actions, reducing static API keys. Ensure workflows are secure, scalable, and documented while collaborating with tech and security teams and optimizing for maintainability.

Manage user access, credentials, and routine security operations across business systems. Handle password management, account provisioning/deprovisioning, security ticket resolution, basic monitoring, documentation, and escalate incidents to the Security Director.

Lead and retain Amazon client accounts, manage and coach 1-2 Jr. Brand Managers, run weekly 1:1s and team calls, execute MAG processes, maintain Asana boards and QA deliverables, and drive sales through proactive client communication and problem resolution.

Ensure documentation compliance and timely responses to update requests.

Manage and retain client relationships for My Amazon Guy by handling retention tickets and contracts, participating in client calls, resolving escalations, tracking workloads and burn rates, providing monthly performance reports, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting client satisfaction activities (gifts, etc.). Remote role with EST work schedule and required home-office setup.
