Supports employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee records, reporting, project tracking, training, and policy compliance. The intern responds to employee requests, coordinates with Payroll and HR team members, maintains confidential information, and assists with ad hoc HR initiatives. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Conduct daily sales outreach, create Loom videos, cold call prospects, pitch agency services independently, develop and maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and close 5–8 full-service client contracts monthly. The role is fully remote and offers commission-based earning potential, sales training, and benefits.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications, internal tools, APIs, integrations, databases, and WordPress platforms. Troubleshoot systems, automate workflows, analyze data, create dashboards, support security standards, document processes, and train cross-functional teams. The role collaborates remotely with marketing, operations, and leadership while supporting company software and improving organizational workflows.
