Build and manage creator partnerships across the company’s brand portfolio. Responsibilities include sourcing creators, negotiating partnership terms, coordinating onboarding and content delivery, managing communications, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining partnership records. The role requires independently developing creator networks, managing multiple collaborations, and improving partnership results across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and various product categories.

Conduct daily sales outreach, create Loom videos, cold call prospects, pitch agency services independently, develop and maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and close 5–8 full-service client contracts monthly. The role is fully remote and offers commission-based earning potential, sales training, and benefits.

Leads the IT team, establishes goals, supports the IT Director, and improves departmental efficiency and data integrity. Maintains dashboards, data models, and data pipelines while identifying process issues affecting business data. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, automation, data visualization, website and CMS management, marketing technology, basic programming, and API integration skills. It is a permanent remote position operating Monday through Friday on Eastern Standard Time.
