Manage and deliver airport projects on time and within budget: plan and execute works, prepare RFQs/tenders, supervise implementation, administer contracts, track costs and progress, coordinate stakeholders, ensure HSE compliance, and maintain project documentation.

Monitor weather using radar, satellite and models; produce aviation and public forecasts, warnings and coded meteorological messages; conduct observations; brief pilots and media; ensure compliance with ICAO/WMO/EU standards and support MET Office operations.

Prepare, verify and update technical as-built and master drawings for terminal and airfield projects. Perform site surveys, produce BOQs, support multidisciplinary design (architectural, structural, M&E), maintain drawing libraries, attend design meetings, and coordinate quantity surveying across project lifecycles.

Lead Quality Assurance for airport technical assets: develop and enforce QA policies, manage CMMS data integrity, conduct audits, monitor vendor compliance, support project handovers, and drive reliability improvements.

Lead high-value contract negotiations and end-to-end technical procurement for major infrastructure projects. Develop procurement strategies, ensure compliance with EU procurement directives and ISO 20400, manage supplier selection, claims, and dispute resolution, and drive cost-efficiency, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement across projects.

Monitors the aerodrome safety management system by maintaining occurrence records, producing statistical reports, conducting safety inspections, tracking safety performance indicators, and preparing materials for safety meetings. Publishes safety alerts and promotional materials, supports aerodrome safeguarding activities, participates in related meetings, and plans training and proficiency assessments for safety personnel.

Conduct safety and security checks per aviation regulations; patrol and screen at checkpoints; operate security equipment and control-room consoles; report incidents; support department staff; provide cordial guest-facing service. Shift-based role requiring flexibility.

Maintain airside operational safety through inspections of pavements, signs, markings, and wildlife control; guide aircraft movements; respond to incidents; communicate with ATC and ground staff; perform sweeping duties and support continuous safe airport operations.

Supervise daily parking facility operations and staff, manage cash collections and reconciliations, handle system issues with HUB Parking Technology, coordinate repairs and access requests, maintain databases, stock and filing, prepare reports, and manage shift rosters, leave and timesheets.

Coordinate planning, monitoring, and delivery of tenant fit-out works across two blocks. Act as primary liaison between tenants, consultants, contractors, and landlord; manage submittals, approvals, inspections, schedules, finishes trades, quality control, safety compliance, progress reporting, snagging, defect rectification, and final handover.

Manage and maintain airport network infrastructure including cable infrastructure, data centres, data rooms, fibre and patching. Administer two-way radio systems and the airfield Instrument Landing System. Coordinate projects, supervise installations, liaise with vendors/subcontractors, assist on ELV and security systems, ensure standards compliance, and research/implement new network technologies.
