Provides strategic and operational leadership for airport Customer Services, overseeing passenger and VIP experiences, service quality, workforce planning, performance improvement, stakeholder relationships, compliance, budgets, and large-team development. The role manages escalations, disruption response, guest assistance, Lost and Found, service innovation, reporting, procurement, and continuous improvement across terminal operations.

Supports financial controlling through monthly management accounts, CAPEX and OPEX reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost and revenue control, working capital analysis, and project financial analysis. The role also assists with risk management, governance, compliance, insurance, policies, account closing, and financial statement preparation. It requires collaboration with department heads, strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, and proficiency in accounting and Microsoft Office software.

Supports the Airside Training Unit by administering driving permits, delivering airfield driving and familiarization training, conducting practical assessments, scheduling operational training, guiding stakeholders, maintaining training documentation and records, and ensuring certifications are renewed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
