Directs daily operations for a Mobile Crisis Team, crisis-bed unit, and PIP bed program. Oversees clinical and operational functions, supervises staff, supports program development, coordinates with community providers, and ensures timely crisis responses. May provide direct clinical services to a small caseload as needed.

Oversees the administrative and clinical operations of an Intensive Transition Bed program. Responsibilities include program development and maintenance, staff supervision, emergency staffing support, on-call availability, alternative scheduling, and filling in for direct support staff when needed.

Design and implement interventions for consumers with emotional, behavioral, and developmental disorders. Conduct FBAs and assessments, develop individualized programs, analyze data, supervise CIS workers, and provide training/support to team members, Shared Living Providers, and Service Coordinators. Flexible schedule for evening and occasional weekend home visits as needed.

Manage and oversee a supported employment program including vocational assessment, job development, placement, on-the-job training, and follow-up. Supervise, train, and support Employment Specialists and Job Coaches while collaborating with employers and community partners to promote long-term employment outcomes.

Oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the crisis-bed unit; supervise and support program staff; develop, implement, and maintain program services; ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations; collaborate across Behavioral Health to ensure continuity and quality of care for individuals with persistent and chronic mental illness.

Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities to develop life skills, self-advocacy, socialization, and adaptive skills for community living. Deliver in-home services to children, assist with daily living and community integration, and participate in ongoing training.

Provide case management, psychoeducation, and clinical recommendations to a caseload (ages 0-22 for this program). Develop and implement treatment plans, coordinate services and referrals, document services, collaborate with community partners, and provide transportation and in-home, community, and agency-based therapeutic support.

Provide school-based mental health services to students (individual, dyads, groups) following MTSS; attend IEP/CSP/treatment meetings, consult with staff and families, document, and coordinate referrals. Work 37.5 hours/week (30 at school), participate in supervision and trainings, and serve mandated Medicaid caseloads.

Provide emergency behavioral health crisis response for children and adolescents across Lamoille County towns. Assess, stabilize, support individuals in crisis, coordinate with community and healthcare partners, ensure appropriate care and follow-up, respond at all hours, and maintain required certifications and transportation.

Provide direct residential support for psychiatrically-disabled residents: crisis de-escalation, short-term case management, goal-setting support, housekeeping, safety oversight, documentation of clinical observations and incidents, and ongoing clinical training.

Provide short-term, temporary supervision and care for children and youth receiving CYFS services. Engage children in age-appropriate activities, follow care plans and agency policies, document accurately, communicate with caregivers and staff, report incidents, and attend required trainings and meetings.

Manages agency financial records, reporting, forecasts, reconciliations, accruals, budgets, internal controls, contract reporting, regulatory submissions, and annual audits. Ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, coordinates financial reviews with program directors, maintains accounting policies and procedures, monitors financial systems, recommends operational improvements, and supports special financial studies for executive leadership and the Board.

Directs agency projects and development programs, coordinating senior leadership, project teams, community partners, and consumers. Responsibilities include identifying grant and program opportunities, developing reporting plans, monitoring workflows, supporting fundraising strategy, preparing grant applications and executive documents, maintaining records and databases, and ensuring timely submissions. The role also develops administrative processes and supports committees overseeing new projects and proposals.

Design and implement behavioral interventions and supports for students with emotional/behavioral disorders (and some with developmental disabilities). Provide ongoing training and support to Redwood Program team members, school staff, and families, and ensure effective implementation and accommodations.

Lead financial operations as Associate CFO: oversee month- and year-end close, GAAP-compliant reporting, GL integrity, billing/reimbursement, AR management, budgeting, grants compliance, audits, internal controls, and partner with program leaders to improve financial performance and sustainability.
